Rebecca Black (Getty Images) Internet haters aren't the only ones who have been making nasty comments about Rebecca Black and her YouTube success with the song "Friday." The 14-year-old aspiring pop star has revealed that she has been teased so relentlessly since the video came out that she's had to leave her school and start home schooling.She told ABC's Nightline: "When I walk by they'll start singing 'Friday' in a really nasally voice. Or, you know, they'll be like, 'Oh hey, Rebecca, guess what day it is?'"
Now Rebecca's teacher is her mother, Georgina Marquez, who says her daughter "certainly did not need that kind of pressure." To be sure, Rebecca's success has been bittersweet. The Internet hate got so bad at one point that the FBI was brought in to investigate death threats, her mother said.
"It's hard because everyone wants to say 'Oh my God, I'm this big star now,'" Rebecca said. "But I don't see it that way. I'm still the same 14-year-old girl that loves to hang out with her friends."

Falling victim to the torment of teenage bullying, Rebecca Black has reportedly been pulled out of school because of "constant harassment."
The "Friday" singer will now be taught by her teacher mom, Georgina Marquez, following nonstop teasing she says she endured after her overnight YouTube success.
While talking with ABC News, Rebecca explained the issues she faced while traveling the halls last spring, telling, “When I walk by they’ll start singing ‘Friday’ in a really nasally voice. Or, you know, they'll be like, ‘Oh hey, Rebecca, guess what day it is?’”
Black finds the persistent pestering even more puzzling because she doesn't see herself as a famous figure, as she told, “It’s hard because everyone wants to say, ‘Oh my God, I’m this big star now. But I don’t see it that way. I’m still the same 14-year-old girl that loves to hang out with her friends."

Rebecca Black (Getty Images) Rebecca Black is still an Internet sensation. The "Friday" singer's second song "My Moment" has gotten over 20 million YouTube hits! There's 254,803 likes to 453,162 dislikes, but still.The singer said about her second release: "'Friday' was such a hit. And so, to get something, you have to find the perfect song that kind of tells off the haters a little bit, but still shows that you're a serious artist," she said (via CBS).
Rebecca sings: "Were you the one who said that I would be nothing/Well, I'm about to prove you wrong/I'm not the only one who believes in something/My one wish is about to come true," in the song. Take that, haters.
Rebecca Black was getting made fun of at school SO MUCH after "Friday" came out -- that her mother decided to pull her out and began homeschooling the singer.
Black just told ABC News ... students were constantly targeting her, explaining, "When I walk by they'll start singing 'Friday' in a really nasally voice ... Or, you know, they'll be like, 'Oh hey, Rebecca, guess what day it is?'"
